What hapend in Ukraine shook my foundations \u2013 questioned my belief in what I am doing as a communication trainer since 30 years. Is this kind of non-violent communication worthwhile if one violent act seems to have the so much more power? Today I decided:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I believe in honest, open, strong clear and fair communication as the foundation of the world I want to live in.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n And I ask all the communication trainers, mediators and psychologists, all the people devoted to constructive communication to do the same. Building up this foundation together, keep it up where we can. Build something good together where our space of influence allows it. This is our strength.
